A private, one-on-one sound experience available upon request, created with intention to align with your unique energetic needs. These sessions offer personalized sound frequencies designed to restore balance, invite deep relaxation, and support inner renewal.

Cancellation Policy
Wellness Notice Our sound baths, gong sessions, dance/wellness classes, and tire-flipping instruction are general wellness activities meant to relax and support the nervous system. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and no results are guaranteed. Our services are not medical or mental-health care. Consult your licensed provider before participating if you have any concerns. Eligibility You are responsible for knowing your limits and participating safely. If you have sound sensitivity; implanted devices (e.g., pacemaker); epilepsy/seizures; late-term pregnancy; recent surgery/injury; or other conditions, consult your clinician first and inform the facilitator before class. Minors Under 18: parent/guardian consent required; some sessions may require an adult to attend. Booking & Confirmation Payment is due at booking. A confirmation email with location and prep tips is sent after checkout. Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact us at [info@agoddess-sacredplace.com]. Cancellations / Reschedules 12+ hours before start: refund or one free reschedule/credit. Less than 12 hours: non-refundable and not eligible for credit. No-show: non-refundable (one session deducted from packages/memberships). Studio Cancellations If we must cancel (e.g., facilitator illness, venue/weather): choose a refund or credit. Arrival & Late Policy Arrive on time . Doors may lock at start time. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be declined entry and treated as a no-show. Conduct & Safety Maintain a calm, respectful space. No alcohol/drugs. Silence devices. Follow staff guidance. We may refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. Personal Items We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Privacy & Messages We use your contact details to manage bookings and send reminders. You may opt out of marketing at any time; transactional messages will still be sent. Liability Waiver By participating, you understand there are inherent risks associated with movement, breath work, relaxation, and exposure to sound vibrations. You assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless A Goddess’ Sacred Place, its owners, contractors, and venues from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
